SPPF General Assemblies will be held on Tuesday 30 June 2026 at 5 pm at Point Éphémère (200, quai de Valmy-75010 Paris)
In view of these events, the SPPF would like to bring the following information to your attention:
Convocations
On June 8, 2026, you will receive by e-mail the convocations to the General Assemblies by the sender “Administrateur Vote SPPF”.
Electronic voting
On June 16, 2026 at 10 am Paris time (GMT + 2), you will receive your ID and password by-email from the sender “Administrateur Vote SPPF” to vote on the dedicated website https://vote3.eklesio.com/AG-SPPF-2026 until Tuesday 30 June 2026 at 6 pm Paris time (GMT +2).
IMPORTANT: To ensure that the General Assemblies run smoothly, we invite you to vote as soon as the site opens at 10 am on Tuesday 16 June Paris time (GMT+2)

The agenda and the resolutions which will be submitted to the associates’ vote will be downloadable in early June on the SPPF website in “Member access” in the section “SPPF General Assemblies”.

As a reminder, one-third of the Board of Directors is renewed at every General Assemblies.

Publication online of the corporate, accounting and financial documents of the SPPF for the 2025 financial year
The annual accounts and the Statutory Auditor’s reports are available online since 28 May 2026 on the SPPF website in “Member access” under the heading “SPPF General Assemblies”.
Other documents and reports will be available until the opening of the voting website.
Pursuant to articles L. 323-13, L. 326-5, R. 321-17 and R. 321-18 of the French Intellectual Property Code, you have a right of access to these documents, which may be exercised within the 2 months preceding the General Assemblies, in the forms and conditions set out in the aforementioned articles.
1986 – 2026: SPPF CELEBRATES 40 YEARS!
The General Assemblies will be followed by a cocktail reception to celebrate 40 years of supporting independent labels alongside our partners in the music industry.
